NEET UG (NTA) validates the passport photograph by file size and format rather than fixed pixels: a recent colour photo, JPG/JPEG, 10–200 KB, with about 80% of the frame showing your face including both ears and no mask. This tool compresses your image to the 10–200 KB range while preserving its aspect ratio — shoot at roughly 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm proportions against a white background. NEET also requires a separate postcard-size (4"×6") photo, kept as physical copies.
